Elastomeric rubber foams with high thermal insulation value are resistant to water and steam, as well as resistant to UV rays, harsh weather conditions and oils. Providing ease of use and assembly with its high flexibility, rubber foams do not allow fungus and mold growth on it. The thermal conductivity coefficient is the most important insulation feature. A significant reduction in heat transfer is achieved thanks to the inert air trapped in the product and the low thermal conductivity of the elastomeric material. Low insulation value also brings the surface temperature to ideal values. The material and cellular structure of the rubber foam, which is produced according to the appropriate density and closed cell ratio, shows high resistance to water vapor permeability, ensuring long-term and insulation efficiency. Rubber foam is resistant to fire. In case of fire, it does not allow the flame to progress in the horizontal and vertical direction. With this feature, it meets all the values prescribed for fire safety. Elastomeric rubber foam sheet and pipe insulation are used in heating, cooling installations, ventilation systems, industrial processes, all construction and industrial applications. Rubber foam has a rubber-based, closed-pore smooth cell structure and is produced in the form of plates and pipes. Available in different thicknesses, with or without adhesive, in rolls or sheets.
