Hot-melt (synthetic rubber): in products with this kind of adhesive technology, the initial stickiness is high, it has no effect on the overall stickiness of the tape.

Natural Rubber (Natural Rubber): Products with this type of adhesive technology should wait for a period (at least 2 hours ) to compare performance according to the type of hot melt. As time goes on, the adhesive will take effect.

   Acrylic (there are types; water-based, solvent-based, modified) : products with this type of adhesive technology should wait for a period of time (at least 8 hours ) to compare the performance according to the type of hot-melt and natural rubber. At the end of 8 hours, 80% of its performance reaches nine. It is much more effective, especially on rough surfaces. As time passes, the adhesive fills on rough surfaces and shows its effect.

Regardless of adhesive technology, all tapes are affected by storage conditions and temperature. All bands are PSA (pressure sensitive bands).  In order for them to show their performance, the pressure to be applied is inevitable. (1 kg/cm2, technical comment)

In general, all bands are at 15-25 C0 and 50% relative humidity ; they ideally perform on clean and dry surfaces. These conditions are also applied by applying sufficient pressure and after the glued tape does not show the performance it should be, the product is investigated whether there is a batch or logsal technical problem.

In general, band problems intensify in winter conditions. Many of them are because the correct conditions of Use and storage cannot be observed. A low amount is fixed by experience caused by a technical problem.

Each band's usage area is different, and it has also been that different bands can be used in common areas.

I.e. to use the same preferred ; hot-melt adhesive 9 N/25 mm adhesive strength of “X “ with acrylic adhesive tape with a 14 N/25 mm adhesive strength with the “Y” on the same surface when compared with the first high adhesion tape, since it is numerically lower “X” tape “Y” according to the band, the better the impression you will bear, but the assessment is made at the end of 8 hours when “Y” is a good interpretation of y tape of the tape to show the actual performance will be made.
